Vince Scott (Lead CCA)

Vince focuses on DoD cyber compliance and assessments.  In addition to Defense Cybersecurity Group, he serves as the Chief Security Officer for Solutions Through Innovative Technologies (STI-TEC). Vince has had a diverse career in military operations, cyber warfare, information warfare, and intelligence operations including directing Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) activities at the tactical, component, theater, and national levels. Vince graduated from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis in 1989 and served in the US Navy for 21 years in a series of assignments both afloat and ashore.  Since leaving the Navy he has served in several technology and cyber roles with academia and industry.
