Our Story

Our company was founded by a team of principal management whose diverse and respectable careers span the U.S. Military and Wall Street. KNC stands for the first names of our three founders, Kelly, Nick, and Chuck. Kelly and Nick are Service Disabled Veterans of the United States Marine Corps. Chuck is the son of a World War II Veteran and a huge advocate for veterans.

Meet The Team

Kelly C. Kendall, MBA, CCA, CCP

Chief Executive Officer and President
Disabled Veteran (Marine Corps)

Kelly is a multi-faceted Swiss army knife executive with experience in Cybersecurity, Consulting, and Information Technology. His background is in Business Consulting, Sales, Management, and Marketing within the Information Technology, Financial Services, and Insurance Industries. Kelly served in the Marine Corps Infantry. Kelly has an MBA from Colorado Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Chuck Buresh, MBA, MSCS, CCISO, CISSP

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Son of a World War II Veteran

Chuck is an executive with extensive risk management experience. He has delivered extremely favorable results to substantial companies in major matters. He has experience across several industries. Chuck has an MS in Cybersecurity from the University of San Diego, California, an MBA in Management and Operations from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a BS in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
